Ordering and payment
How can I pay?
You can pay by iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, you receive a 10% discount; we ship your order once your payment has been received.
Can I pay with Klarna or PayPal?
No, we do not offer these payment methods.
Do I have to be 18 or older?
Yes. We only sell to people aged 18 or over. At checkout, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Shipping and returns
How quickly will I receive my order?
Within the Netherlands, your parcel usually arrives one working day after dispatch, and in Belgium after about two working days. Delivery times for other countries are listed on our Shipping page.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €8.45 in the Netherlands and at most €24.95 elsewhere in the EU. Standard shipping is free on orders of €200 or more (€250 or more for some more distant countries, such as Finland, Sweden and Portugal). The exact costs are shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Unopened vials with an intact seal can be returned: let us know within 14 days of receipt and send them back within a further 14 days. Pre-filled pens and products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. See our full return policy.

Do you give advice on how to use the products?
No. Our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and research use. Our customer service does not give personal advice on use in humans or animals, including by WhatsApp or email.
Who answers my WhatsApp messages?
Our AI assistant, Eva, replies first. Eva answers questions about orders, shipping and our products, and can look up your order status if your order number and email address match. For returns, complaints and questions that Eva cannot handle, a member of our team takes over.
Are you the same company as cleanpeptide.nl?
No. Clean Peptides is not affiliated with cleanpeptide.nl. Clean Peptides BV (cleanpeptides.eu, Dutch Chamber of Commerce 42043083, formerly cleanpeptides.nl) has no connection with cleanpeptide.nl or other shops with a similar name.
