Return Policy – CleanPeptides.com
At CleanPeptides.nl we do our best to deliver your order carefully and quickly. Below you will find our return policy as applied within Dutch and European legislation.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt. After your notice of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition.
Return options by product type
✔ Vials & freeze-dried (lyophilized) peptides
- Can be returned within 14 days.
- Only allowed when the package is completely unopened.
- Vials with broken seals, damage or signs of use will not be accepted.
✘ Reconstituted peptides (ready-to-use pens)
Reconstituted or already dissolved products cannot be returned.
This is due to hygiene and safety reasons, possible temperature change and risk of quality loss.
These products fall under the legal exception for goods that, for health protection reasons, may not be returned when the packaging is opened.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Reconstituted peptides / ready-to-use pens
- Opened or used vials
- Products that are no longer in original condition
- Products whose seals have been broken
Return cost & risk
- The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
- Customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipping.
- We recommend using track & trace to avoid missing items.
Refund
Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used when ordering.
If the product has been opened, damaged or used, a depreciation may be applied.

You can report a return by sending an e-mail to:

You will then receive return instructions and return address.
