We ship every order from the Netherlands. As soon as your parcel has been registered with the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Free standard shipping on orders of €200 or more. For Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania (and, outside the EU, Switzerland, Ukraine, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina) standard shipping is free on orders of €250 or more. Below that amount, you pay the shipping costs shown at checkout. DHL Express is available as a paid option in most countries; the current price is shown at checkout.
Carriers
Within the Netherlands, we ship with DHL and occasionally PostNL. Parcels to Denmark and Sweden are sent with DPD, and parcels to other countries with DHL. We do not use PostNL for international shipments.
Delivery times and costs by country
The delivery times are the measured transit times of our shipments between February and September 2026, in working days after dispatch, and are not guaranteed. The costs apply to standard shipping of a small parcel, including VAT; the exact costs are shown at checkout.

If your parcel is delayed
Check the tracking link first. If there has been no update for a few working days, email your order number to shop@cleanpeptides.eu. We will contact the carrier and keep you informed.
Import rules
There are no import duties within the EU. National authorities may still inspect parcels, and some countries have their own rules on the import of certain substances by private individuals. Please check the rules in your country before ordering.
