Growth hormone axis

The peptides in the Growth hormone axis category are studied in relation to the way the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland regulate the release of growth hormone. They belong to two classes of compound. GHRH analogues resemble the body’s own growth hormone-releasing hormone: tesamorelin is an analogue of 44 amino acids, and CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GHRH(1-29) fragment. Growth hormone secretagogues such as ipamorelin, a pentapeptide, bind to the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). The ipamorelin + CJC-1295 combination contains one compound from each class in a single vial. What ipamorelin and CJC-1295 (no DAC) are exactly is explained in what is ipamorelin.

Want to buy tesamorelin or ipamorelin for research? Both are supplied as lyophilisate in a vial, with the batch number stated on the label. How HPLC and mass spectrometry establish the purity and identity of a peptide of this kind is explained in how to read a COA. Dispatched from the Netherlands. For research use only (RUO) in the laboratory.
